Tips for a Better Night's Sleep

Do you have trouble sleeping? I often spend at least half an hour tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable. Every night is a struggle just to sleep - it's not that I'm not tired, it's that my body and mind won't relax enough to sleep!

Jenn from Jenn's Blah Blah Blog has 10 great tips for getting a better sleep, organized in a fun infographic! I read them and realized I'm guilty of a bunch of them - no wonder I can't get to sleep! Here's a few below:


  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule
  • Invest in a comfortable mattress, pillow, and bedding
  • Don't go to bed on an empty stomach
